Easy To Set-Up and Maintain

In order for a loyalty program to be successful it needs to be easy to maintain. That is why with pointOne Loyalty, having set-up the loyalty program (which we do for you), there is no maintenance required!

All that is necessary is to enter in your members as they join.
Branded Loyalty Cards

We can supply you branded loyalty cards to your specification for that corporate edge. Choose from options such as a signature panel, embossed numbers, and full colour printing.

If your customers have an attractive branded loyalty card they are more likely to keep hold of the card in their wallet which will they see every day!
Unlimited Loyalty Customers

There is no limit to the number of members you can have on the system. If you have mulitple sites nationwide then one loyalty card will work in all of your sites.
Set Earning Level - Per Pound or Per Item

You choose whether you want to offer points on a per pound value spent; for example, 10 points for every pound, or on a per item basis; for example coffee = 10 points, and crisps = 1 point.

We give you the tools and the information and you make the decision.
Set The Points Redemption Level

Choose how the points can be redeemed. For example 100 points = £1.00, or 10 points = £1.00.

There are variuos options available to you in offering a loyalty program to your customers, we have simply provided you the tools to be able to go with what ever decision you make.
Run Multi Site Loyalty Scheme

If you run multiple sites nationwide then you will need to offer a loyalty card scheme that will enable your customers to spend and earn at each site.

This is achieved by hosting the database of loyalty customers on a secure web based server, and giving each site's epos system access to the database. We provide all of the hosting facilities for this so there is no need for extra equipment.
Full Reporting On Loyalty Accounts

Once your loyalty program is up and running you will need reports to view the success of the program you have implemented.

pointOne EPoS provides full details on loyalty points issued, what customers (by name) are earning and spending and more, giving you all you need to keep track of this highly successful marketing tool.
